Installing Pathway Fines

Install MIGHTY109 Pathway fines on a compacted or solid base (base rock or concrete pad).  If the area will be driven on, base rock should be 3-4 inches or more.  Spread Pathway fines evenly over the area at a 3/4" depth or more.  Water the pathway fines so that water reaches the bottom layers, but not so much as it puddles.  Compact with tamper or roller.  Let dry 24-48 hours.  

Adding stabilizer or pre-stabilized pathway fines: 

Stabilizer can be used to reduce dust and washout in DG.  The stabilizer should be blended into the Pathway Fines prior to installing.  Mix 1/4 to 1/2 jar of MIGHTY109 DG Stabilizer to 1 bag (40 LBS) Pathway Fines or 10-12 lbs to 2 tons.  Once mixed, the pathway fines can be installed as instructions above.
